Suggest Treatment For Trigeminal Neuralgia

My husband has trigeminal neuralgia and the drugs are not working. He will be 58 this year and has heart disease therefore we are wondering where he could go in Wisconsin for the best treatment for this. I m thinking glycerin injection may be the best option but who does this?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is really and pure trigeminal neuralgia then this can be well treated with "Tab Carbamazepine" only thing is dose of this need to be increased from time to time to achieve best result, no need to have any injection for this, functional elements may the triggering cause of this, hope this information helps, take care.
