Suggest Treatment For Tonsillitis
Hi, I ve had tonsillitis for the past 10 days. It started in my left side. After seeing the Doctor last Saturday I was prescribed penicillin as I have had a quinsy in the past. On Monday the pain subsided in the left side and has moved over to the right side. The tonsil is really sore as is my neck and ear. I haven t had a fever and don t feel sick but feel really our of sorts and the pain is depressing. Even tho I am still on the penicillin I am now thinking this is viral rather than bacterial. Should I stop the anti biotics?
