Suggest Treatment For Tiredness And Tingling Sensation In The Foot

I am asking for the symptoms of Parkinsons. I have a great feeling of being extremely tired. My hands are beginning to have kind of jerky movements, but no paralysis or tingling. I feel lately like I can t put one foot in front of the other. My balance is affected also, but have had symptoms of that for a while. But, what really got my attention is the jerky movements of my hands???
