My dad hit me really hard over the left side of my face and my left ear was ringing so loud i couldn t hear anything it has been 3 days i can still hear a slight ring and its like blocked vibrations i can hear very loud with my other ear but am really having troubles with my left what can i do?

hello, thanks for your query, slap on face can lead to simple bruise over ear drum to complex perforation of ear drum or ossicular fracture of middle ear or permanent inner ear damage.wich can show as ringing in ear or pain, get ent examination, hearing tests to know the ear blockage and ringing sensation.hope I have answered your query. all the best. take care.
