Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus, Vertigo And Constant Smell Of Cigarette Smoke

I ve had tinnitus for years now and although its bothersome, i ve learned to live with it,but in the past few weeks i have experienced vertigo, which at first only lasted an hour or so. Most recently the vertigo started again but this time it can last a day or two, now suddenly i am constantly smelling cigarette smoke. Sometimes it is so strong i actually feel sick to my stomach. What can be causing this?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood that you are suffering from tinnitus for years and you have learnt to live with it.
Now that you have developed the problems of vertigo, smelling cigarette smoke, felling you sick to the stomach.

Such occurrence can occur due to space occupying lesion in the brains and can be diagnosed by MRI of the ears, the brain and related structures.
Angiography too is warranted.

Proper diagnosis can lead to the proper treatment .
