Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus And Vertigo

hi, I am a 47 year old male, i am recently feeling very tired, as though am not sleeping properly, I have constant tinitus, my blood preasure is good, always around 120/70, or there abouts, cholestrol is ok, although my last check up the doc said my good cholesrtol was a tad low, fowhr the past few months i have been suffering from spells of what felt like vertigo, however today while standing on a ladder while painting, I had a very brief blackout, followed by quite a seriouse dizzy spell, i almost frll off the ladder, well it felt like I was going to fall, about a year ago i had a brain scan while having my ears checked and nothing was picked up at the time, I have been under some financial stres of late, but things are getting better. please help. I can understand the plight you may be going through due to financial constrains, but it is equally important to have normal and stress-free life.

Felling of any height can be detrimental for you.
Noted your history of dizziness/vertigo, tinnitus and attendant problems.
The best part is your cholesterol is god as is the blood pressure, hence ruling out this cardiac cause of the symptoms you have.

Although the CT scan and ENT evaluation was OK last ear, this does not guarantee about the normally now,., hence you have to undergo the following:
ENT evaluation, examination and investigations of vertigo-protocol have to be done afresh. This may reveal the problems, you also need MRI of hte brain and ears as well as the Audiometry.
This will give you the proper diagnosis and treatment
