Suggest Treatment For Tinea Versicolor
Hello, I have been struggling with the skin condition called tenia versicolor. I have noticed that my skin has been itching a lot more and now I have flaky brown brown dirt spots that are coming off the spots irritated by the tenia. Any ideas what I can do?

I really appreciate your concern, for the symptomatic relief you can have second generation antihistamine and best dug would be "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, if this is confirmed diagnosis then this can be treated with curative antifungal and this could be either "Miconazole or Selenium, with oral antifungal and drug of choice would be "Tab Terbinafine" (Dose need to be adjusted according to age and gender ) hope this information helps, take care.
