Suggest Treatment For Tightness In Foot

My left foot has felt tight and uncomfortable off and on lately, but there is no visible swelling. Sometimes as the day goes on it gets worse. When I wake up in the mornings it feels normal. I eliminated sodium from my diet a couple years ago so don t think its that?
