Pulmonologist 's  Response
In my opinion you should first undergo chest x ray to rule out infection. Sometimes GERD can also cause similar feeling. Consult pulmonologist as bronchitis can also cause tightness with breathing difficulty. But it mostly seems GERD. Follow these steps.
1. Avoid spicy and oily food.
2. Avoid heavy meals, Take frequent small meals.
3. Take good antacids like pantoprazole and rabeprazole with prokinetic agents like levosulperide.
4. Avoid stress and anxiety and keep calm.
5. Go for walk after meals.
6. Keep 2 - 3 pillows below your head in the bed.
