Hello. I am 19 years old and have read a lot of things about tight foreskin. I have a tight foreskin and when I try pulling it back while masturbating, it starts bleeding but not vry much. I am a little scared about whether this could harm my sex life. Is circumcision the only way?

hi, all male person have same thing . so don't worry regarding that. try for sometimes and if it bleed more than consult surgeon doctor and they do circumcision minor operative procedure for same.
