General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be due to conditions like cyclical mastalgia.
It is due to minor hormonal changes. As a first line of management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persists better to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.

Wishing all the best.

Regards,
