Suggest Treatment For Throbbing Pain And Vomiting After Finger Injury

My friend cut her finger on Saturday. She has been in throbbing pain since and developed sores on her inside arm. Also had a red line to the sore, not gone. She has everything wrapped. She also has vomited several times since Saturday. She is refusing to seek medical assistance at this time. Also, is allergic to pain killers, aspirin, penicillin. Does she potentially have an infection which must need an antibiotic? Tetnis shot? Is there anything that can be done at home. What is your recommendation and/or diagnosis? Thanks you. Louisa
