Hello, I have been dealing with an annoying pain on the left side of my throat, behind my tongue. Some days its better than others but it is also accompanied by slight lumpish feeling when swallowing. I also get coughing/mucous reactions when eating food as if food is getting stuck in epiglottis. Any help would be great.
I understand your concern and Probably you are having tonsilar lump on left side of your throat, other possibility is of lump at the base of tongue. Both above are usually giving feeling of lump in throat along with slight pain.
Probably above treatment will help you if any how your symptoms persist than consultation with ENT specialist becomes necessary for thorough examination and treatment.
Thanks for consulting HCM.
