Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain After Swallowing A Pill

My 16 year old daughter swallowd a pill 3 days ago with v little water and she said it got stuck in her throat. She now says there is a pain from her throat down to her breast bone. She says it feels like the pill is stuck there. It hurts when she swallows food and drink. She has an appetite and seems otherwise ok.

If pill struck in the esophagus or some where in food path due to not sufficient amount of mucous to glide it down. What happened some times the stretch of muscular ring like cricothyroid may cause these symptoms. For this painkillers with muscle relaxants may useful.
