I am coming off Meth now, but 2days ago i felt like i had stuff in my throat, like if your sick and you swallow you feel it go down. Then i woke up to the left side of my tongue underneath hurting a little, i looked and saw on little white bump(which i get most times when my tongue rubs against my teeth). But later that night my throat didn't really hurt more like felt sore. Now i woke up thinking it would feel a little better but still the same. Doesn't really hurt more like sore and sometimes when i swallow my left ear feels swollen, and i looked at my tongue the white bump when away but still feel sore and my underneath my tongue looks bruised. What to do to make it better, can't go to the doctors till next week. I have not taken meth and dont plan on too.
