Suggest Treatment For This Result From Lumbar X-ray

I have had a pain in my left thigh for a few months now. I tend to associate it with lower back issues I ve had in the past. I recently had an X-ray of the hips/pelvis/lumbar. Nothing out of the ordinary for my age (55) was found. Some degenerative discs and a slight curvature (congenital) of the spine. There is more pain with use and I cannot lift my leg to cross over the other leg. I can move the leg in all other positions. What do you think?
