Suggest Treatment For This MRI Test Result Of Knee

I had my left knee injured 2 months back for to a fall from my bike. Yesterday I got an MRI done and it shows : early changes of myxoid degeneration of distal segment of PCL. no tear. Soft tissue swelling on the antero-medial aspect ov tibia.Please tell me it s treatment

There is need to do the bed rest along with the painkillers and muscle relaxants. physiotherapy is very useful in this setting.
There is no need of surgical intervention right now.
