Suggest Treatment For Third Testicle Problem With Tenderness And Pain
Hi, my husband has what seems to be a 3rd testical. The problem is that it varies from VERY large in size....to very small and sometimes disappears altogether. It is very very tender and often causes him a lot of pain. It this serious? We don't have any health insurance, but need to know if it is in need of care!

It could be a Secondary Hydrocele which can sometimes look and feel like a 3rd testicle.
You can get an Ultrasound Scrotum done and see a Surgeon for confirmation.
If it is then it can be treated simply.
