Suggest Treatment For Thickening Of Uterus

I m turned 57 July 1 since around 2011 and 2012 my periods have gone from every 2 to 4 month until recently 6 months the end of dec and recently the end of jun. My doctor ordered an ultrasound and found thickening of the uterus I m not sure how many centimeters but I ve had no pain or problems at all... the periods were 3 days medium as they were pretty much my whole life I ve had 2 children and a tubaligation...my mothers period ended at age 52- 55 as best I can remember her telling me... went away and never came back her words. I m not confident with the current state of medicine, don t like to take medications...have recently changed doctors (My doctor left my healthcare network (HMO) who about 8 months ago wanted to put me on statins after 3 high blood pressure readings...which I rejected, and with no specific changes, I have a pretty healthy diet, no junk gmos, not a lot of grains, and breads , quinoa, millet and the like mostly fruits and vegetables chicken, fish I m a Whole Foods Shopper. My last 2 bp readings were in the normal 120/80 range. I have moderate to severe case of Osteoarthritis. I m content to wait until I m 58 another year to see how this menopause goes...do you have an opinion you could share. Thank You Oops can t pay right now will check back at another time...meanwhile if at all possible please don t inundate me with Emails. Thank You I ll...Get Back...To YOU.

At age of 57 having thick endometrium is not good.
you need to undergo fractional currettage which means a procedure wherein uterine lining is curretted and studied to see for any cancerous change.
Accordingly you will be advised to remove your uterus or put on progesterone tablets.
