Suggest Treatment For Thickening Of Left Maxillary Of The Sinus

Hi. I recieved a CT coronal view of my sinuses. On the films, it appears as if my right maxillary sinus does not exist. The left maxilarry appears to have thickening. In addition, I have enlarged turbonites (causing nasal blockages), deviated septum (that seems to connect with my right turbonite). My appointment with my ENT is Tuesday; however, I would like to be somewhat educated and have the ability to converse with my doctor regarding the non-existant right maxillary. Thanks.
