Suggest Treatment For The Swelling In ACL Reconstruction Surgery Area
Yes I am 16 weeks post acl reconstruction surgery..I went hard on it this saturday with different activities but I dont remember damaging it. Sunday it was fine. Monday I wake up and it is very very swollen and didnt have full bend...could i have retorn it at somepoint??? or did i just overwork it and it needs rest?
