Suggest Treatment For Testicle Soreness
After having intercourse about 1/2 later, my left testicle was sore. I felt it and the epididymis is hard and sore. I put ice on it, and it s not really sore just hanging there, but I felt it to see if it was still hard, and it it is and it s sore if I pinch the epididymis with light pressure with my fingers. What should I do?

I think you may be having an genitourinary tract infection. I suppose it can be orchiepidydimitis. I can suggest you to do an uroculture. Doxocycline is the right treatment for it.
