Suggest Treatment For Testicle Problems

Hello sir, I am 18 years old.From last 10 days I am having pain in my kidney region.The pain shifts sometimes from left to right kidney.It pains continously for hours but a mild ache.I also feel pain in my penis occasionally. Somedays ago I was having pain in my testicles as well and I feel from my observation that both my testicles have swollen. I also feel pain in the abdominal area sometimes. I have undergone a laproscopic surgery a month ago n my gall bladder was removed. So,sir please tell what are the diseases that I could be suffering from.

Hi Dear!!Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read your query and understood your health concern.I feel concerned about your health issues.
Based on facts of you query, you seem to suffer from-
post cholecystectomy swelling in testicle is accompanied problem and does not seem from post-surgery issue.
Reduced hydration and flare up of UTI in the past, could be causing testicle pains and swelling in your case.These complaints are mostly from accompanied infection in Urinary tract.Other causes need to be resolve by Second Opinon from Surgeon and Urologist.He would do needful physical and lab/ radiological check and would plan needful treatment accordingly.
Thus you seem to suffer from 2 differrent issues-one is from post-lap pain locally and in abdomen.Secondly from UTI -infection.
Plenty of fluids/
Antibiotics x 14 days time
Alkalisation of urine
Anti-spasmodics and NSAIDs-painkillers would help you to come out of this problem.
