hello sir i am 21 m and having slight pain in my testicals from the last 3 weeks. the testicals sometimes get loose and hang down. what may be reason behind this? please sujest me what should i do?

Noted your history of 21 male and having slight pain in testicles from the last 3 weeks. The testicles sometimes get loose and hang down. What may be reason behind this? Wants suggestions. Age 21, weight 69 kg, height 6 foot. It's the first time that you are feeling this kind of pain.
The commonest reasons for pain and loosening in the testicles are:
Varicocele
Epididymo-orchitis.
The diagnosis can be confirmed by:
Color doppler and ultrasonography
Tests of blood, urine and semen analysis is necessary.
Clinical evaluation, examination by Urologist confirms and the treatment depends upon the findings.
This can be medical if infection is present
This can be surgical if there is varicocele or so.
