Suggest Treatment For Testicle Pain

Hey. My right testicle is aching off and in and it can get uncomfortable. I have hemroid trouble also. Sometimes it will sting a lil to pee. Im also uncircumcised and it can hurt from going all the way up and down and seems to be cut a little. I am just wondering what some of this could be and what should I do.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
You have different problems hence let us discuss one by one:
1. Pain in the right testicle : looks due to retrograde infection of urinary tract due to tight prepuce.

2. Hemorrhoid trouble: Needs examination by a General Surgeon and surgery if grade II and III. Till then take laxatives and Sitz bath.

3. Stinging while pee is due to urinary tract infection.

4. Foreskin is tight and cuts: this needs circumcision as this is causing urinary tract infection which by means of retrograde infection can cause epididymo-orchitis and pain in the right testicle.

Considered all and correlation between all.
