Suggest Treatment For Tendonitis On Shoulder
Just received results from an arthrogram MRI on my left shoulder. My orthopedic says I have a little tendonitis and some freying on my rotator cuff. He suggests physical theraphy. Problem: my insurance only covers 75% of the cost once my deductible is met and I'm no where near meeting it. Are there some at home PT exercises I can do instead?
