Hi, it seems I somehow tore something on my penis and it hurts when I pee. I noticed this on Friday or Saturday. Upon closer inspection it is a small tear that has made the hole bigger. I dont know how it happened, I dont remember hurting myself and havent had sex since wednesday. I would like to know if there is a possibility of this being something medical (not actually a tear of my fault, but something else), and any methods of treatment you can recommend
