Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Spider Bite

Hello, I have alwYs been allergic to spider bites, they swell up, itch for about a week than go away. They like to attack me in my bed. My husband never gets bit. I hit bit about 2 weeks ago in 4 different places n my body. All have disappeared except one that has stayed quite swollen and red. It has a good size hard spot in the middle. If I put newsprint with a band aide on it the red spreads much larger, if left in air is stays the same. Not to itchy now but has been swollen long enough to start skin peeling, should I see a MD. Or just let it go thru its course ?

Hello,

I suggest you take Benadryl, keep clean the bite area, If it continues swelling use antibiotic cream such as bacitracin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
