Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Lactose Intolerance

Hi, I recently got blood work done and found out that I am allergic to milk/dairy and seafood. But, I have been taking enzyme supplements for lactose intolerance because I believed that my symptoms were indicating lactose intolerance and they have been working so I was wondering if I could be both allergic to milk and lactose intolerant. I have also developed a rash on my arm several months ago and nothing has been working to get rid of it so I was wondering if my consumption of dairy and seafood was causing it?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible to be lactose intolerant and have an allergy as well.

The rash could be related to your allergies if you were using these foods during that time period.

You can monitor it now that they have been discontinued to see if it improves.

I hope this helps
