Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes

My 10 yr old daughter has a swollen lymph node in front of her ear for a month. It was very painful for the first 3 weeks. Took her to ER and did bloodwork..CBC, CRP normal and sed rate elevated to 21. Ultrasound showed no abcess. Sent home. Now its been 4 weeks and node is not hurting anymore but now she has another one behind opposite ear also not painful. She has not neen sick at all. Should I be concerned about lymphoma or am I overreacting? Should I take her back to doctor?

Hello,

If your swollen lymph nodes are tender or painful, you might get some relief by doing the following: Apply a warm compress. Apply a warm, wet compress, such as a washcloth dipped in hot water and wrung out, to the affected area. Take an over-the-counter pain reliever.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
