Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes

About a month, maybe 6 weeks, ago I felt what seems to be one of my lymph nodes swollen near the back of my jaw and underneath it. My neck around the area felt slightly swollen. I didn t think much of it at the time. About three days later I got strep throat, took antibiotics for ten days, and was told the gland swelling would go down within a day. It s been two, almost three weeks and it only seems to have gotten slightly bigger. I also found a gland on the right side my neck, around the middle, that was swollen slightly. It has also gotten bigger. Both lymph nodes feel hard to the touch and painless. I only feel a stiffness and weird pressure in the left side of my neck unless I am lying on it. I have no headaches or sore throats and my strep has been completely gone for the past 2/3 weeks. The only symptoms are the ones I have described. Also I should add that I am in drumline and while we are marching on the field I have to have my head turn at a 45 degree angle to the right for rehearsals and performances. I doubt this could cause swollen glands but it might be significant in a way. I just want to know if this should be something to worry about?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Halo sir,
Welcome to HCM.
Went through your complaints. As you have a course of antibiotics and still the swelling has increased, better consult an ENT surgeon to get FNAC of the swlling done.
