Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes In Neck With Cluster Of Pimples

I have swollen lymph nodes on back of neck and patches of pimples the are red they seep out clear liquid and when they can be popped it s a brownish color and yellowish color have been there for over 2 months and are not healing what could it be and possible treatment

These are infected.

You may need to be treated by your doctor. If the areas are abscesses then the definitive treatment involves incision and drainage along with antibiotics.

If they are not thought to be abscesses then treatment may involve only cleaning the area with an antiseptic along with the antibiotics.

Antibiotic, at least , are required for healing to occur.
