Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes And Sore Throat

I have swollen lymph nodes sore throat, pain down my spine, no fever, some ear pain, fatigue . I had a Strep test which was negative and am currently on a dose of pen vk at 500mg 3 times a day tomorrow being the 7th day. I m still not feeling well. I tested positive for h pylori in March and went on a dose of antibiotics. Went for a stool sample and it came back negative. Do you think it could come back or I m dealing with something else? And what could it be and what should my next step be? I ve been to the Doctors 3 times and still feeling very sick for 6 weeks now. Thank You

Hello

The best thing would be to go back to your doctor and get some blood tests done , To look for the exact cause of the infection and lymph node enlargement. You doctor may also ask you to do an ultrasound examination of the neck and abdomen to look for any other glandular enlargement. Please continue the antibiotic in the meantime and meet your doctor soon.

Thanks
