General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, as there is history of treatment of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, the present scene of swollen lymph nodes and bone issues do indicate recurrence of NHL most likely. The best therapy would be dependent upon thorough diagnosis of metastatic spread with PET SCAN, followed by chemotherapy regimens. I do not consider possibility of osteoarthritis in your case.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
