Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes After Treated Sinus Infection

Hi, I m 34 female and 105lbs. I ve been sick like many much of the winter. I was on a zpak two weeks ago for an acute sinus infection that went away about five days later. Now I feel healthy, but I ve started feeling asthma symptoms with breathing and coughing when I go to bed (mild) and I ve discovered my right lymph node under my ear is swollen and feels like a marbly muscle and I have a pea sized painless lump on another part of my neck on the right side above my collar bone. I discovered the latter a few months ago, but then forgot about it. I ve been sick so much with infections and colds, it may just be something that comes and goes, I haven t tracked it. It also could have been there the whole time. I also have something on my arm that popped up around the same time. It s nobby little lump I ve pretty much disregarded due to location. Anyway, I don t know what to think. Is this cold related or something I should be more concerned with. I ve had my share of doctor s offices this spring. Thank you.

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to reactive lymph nodes due to the infection.

These lymph nodes usually go away on their own after that the infection has been treated.

In case of pain, you can use anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
