Suggest Treatment For Swollen Joints In The Hands And Pain In The Legs
my joints in my hand is swollen and one knee.Also my muscles in my legs hurt sometimes I can t even get up. I have developed some difficulty breathing and sometimes feel dizzy. I ..was in good health before this happened. Also the muscles in my legs often cramp up.

There can be possible immune disturbances underlying which opt for the involvement of muscles as well as bones together like polymyositis with arthritis or else.
The best way to get primary relief at present would be
- warm compressions with heating pad at the joint areas and sore muscles
- analgesic spray containing menthol and diclofenac over more painful regions
- anti-inflammatory medicines as celecoxib, ibuprofen or else as per the choice of your consultant keeping in mind any history of drug sensitivity and heart status
- assisted physiotherapy after clinical assessment
- discuss need of supportive blood tests of rheumatoid factor, ESR and x-ray or MRI of particular region of spine and bones.
