Hi..
Thanks for the query..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain it seems that you have the tooth infection has progressed considerably leading to infection reaching below the root apex and there is formation of DENTAL ABSCESS die to pus formation secondary to infection..

The pus perforated the bone and get accumulated into the soft tissues leading to swelling..

The antibiotics that you have with you must be Amoxicillin and Keflex (Cephalexin) and both can be taken together to reduce infection but it is not the permanent cure for the ABSCESS and you have to consult a Dentist and get an IOPAR ( x Ray) done to rule out the exact cause of the problem and get treated accordingly..

If the tooth can be saved ROOT CANAL TREATMENT followed by antibiotics and painkillers can relieve..

In case of extensive decay extraction of tooth followed by proper curettage of extraction socket and draining of pus following antibiotics and painkillers will cure..

Kindly do not delay the treatment as infection will keep on progressing and can lead to SPACE INFECTIONS which can become fatal..

Hope this information helps..
