Suggest Treatment For Swollen Face And Sore Throat

My husband is having strange symptoms his very lower spine area more like just at the butt crack is extremely sore even to touch the skin, some digestion pain that comes and goes higher then bowels, sore throat and under eye face swelling we have been living in Ecuador for 10 months so this could be a strain of flu that we are unacustomed to?? YYYY@YYYY

Thanks for your query.
Noted the symptoms your husband is having:
butt crack is extremely sore even to touch the skin::
This can be due to the local problem of the skin called dermatitis and need local examination and evaluation by a General Surgeon or a Dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Therapeutic doses of the Vitamin A and D helps in recovery well.

some digestion pain that comes and goes higher then bowels: May not be getting adjusted to the new environment- Get probiotics and if required a 5-day course of an antibiotic.

Sore throat and under eye face swelling:
May be again an environmental factor.

We have been living in Ecuador for 10 months so this could be a strain of flu that we are unaccustomed to: I do not think so that the virus can attack for so long.
