Suggest Treatment For Swollen Eyes

What are the possible causes of these symptoms: bulging or swollen left eye, left of the left temple is changing and filling out, left upper jaw changes (protruding), nose bone changes (one might think I had a broken nose once, but I never have), swollen left cheek (puffy), left ear often feels plugged, left hard palate has changed and is protruding (curving in the opposite normal curve shape), under left jaw puffy like when a Dr. would be checking for swollen throat glands if sick, when I tip my head back it looks like the muscle / bone on the side that goes down sideways a little toward the center of the bottom of throat is beginning to noticeably stick out, indentations in a few place on the left side of the head (top of left back and beginning to make more of a point, bottom left indentation above the knobby bone at the base of the head, left collar bone changes- (pulling back), left muscle above shoulder enlarging, left rib cage protruding (curving out and when bend back and sideways has a knob , on the opposite side of the left back to the left of the spine it sticking out more, often feel a slight sick to stomach feeling , and I now notice and my cousin that the left side of the lower abdomen is slightly puffing out and the right side has that hour glass curve and my left side no longer does and is more straight up and down. There is a feeling like something is full or swollen inside just under the left of the center of the rib cage. I often feel like I want to rub or itch these areas (minus the face and lower ab). I have had a problem with extreme night sweats for about a year where I can be drenched and wake up because so and I could have to change my pj s 1-3 times a night. What are the most likely causes of these symptoms.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Treatment for swollen eyes may include applying a cold compress to the affected area. Getting plenty of rest and staying hydrated. Avoiding rubbing or scratching the eyes. Avoiding allergens, if allergies are suspected as the cause.

Use over-the-counter antihistamines or eye drops if allergies are suspected as the cause. Apply warm compresses to the area that is affected, if the swelling is caused by a stye or chalazion. Avoiding wearing contact lenses or makeup, if an infection causes the swelling

Consultation with a doctor if the swelling is accompanied by other symptoms such as fever, severe pain, or vision changes. It is important to note that swollen eyes can have many different causes, and a proper diagnosis is needed to determine the best course of treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
