Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Puffy Penis

My boyfriend penis is very swollen and puffy just below the head. He thinks it's from masterbating too long and irritating the skin. Wondering what we can do to bring the swelling down. It is also painful for him and it doesn't help that it is rubbing around in is jeans all day.

Thanks for query .

Based on what you have posted it seems that your boyfriend has developed infection of Glans penis (Ballanitis) .

He needs to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin to be applied twice daily.

Ensure he washes his genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

This should help him .
