Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Testicle
Swelling right under testicals no pain. Swelling was initially between scrotum and anus now it s a slight swelling hardly noticible under scrotum. Must admit that I do engage in masturbation a lot and at times would try preventing ejaculation, wondering if that s a cause. Just hope it s not early symptoms to hernia.

Swelling in between the scrotun and anus can not be due to hernia or masturbation.
This is most probably a cyst and can have no pain.
Get an opinion of a general surgeon and get operated if it is a cyst.
Get a proper treatment which is curative.
