Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Bump On The Cheek

Hi, about 2 weeks ago I started feeling an ache behind my molar on the right side of my mouth. I paid no attention to it, thinking it d go away within a few days but the swelling has grown along with the pain. It stings when I eat and I observed the area myself. On the side nearest to my cheek, it s a white spot and that s what hurts the most out of the entire area. I m concerned as to what it could be.
