Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Bruised Upper Arm

I have had neck and recently shoulder pain. Rather than surgery on my rotator cuff, I chose therapy. I was improving and then the shoulder started cracking when I moved. Now my tricep (upper arm), is bruising and swollen. I noticed the bruise becoming much larger, most of my upper arm. Why is this happening and should I see a doctor right away?

Hello

Thanks for asking a question at HCM

It is pleasure to help you at this moment

Yes, it is high time you see a doctor now

Sometimes, an internal injury can aggravate when taken other therapies like Physiotherapy.

I do not know what therapy you have taken, but if there is a significant tear, surgery is the best option, it is not major.

Just take second opnion from ortho doctor and decide on the management plan.

Hope this helps!

Best Regards
Dr Chaithanya
