Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Wrist.

I hit my wrist on Friday evening, it swelled with a bump on the upper right side of my wrist. I used ice, but now my hand, wrist is bruised, alittle swollen, the bump has went down some, but is still there. My knuckles are very reddish purple as the bruise goes down my hand! Do I need to see a doctor?
