my boyfriend has a swollen penis where he was circumcised and on the underside it looks like a vain is swollen as well. this started about 10 days ago after a night of kinda rough sex. i also gave him oral and may have sucked a bit aggressively. what can we do to help the situation go away and quick

It maybe penile Mondor’s disease- benign condition. Trauma due to prolonged or frequent sexual intercourse/masturbation is the commonest cause. Sudden and painful or painless cord like induration on the penis. Taking pain killer and abstinence from sex will help.
