I suffered a grade 2 ankle sprain 18 days ago. I consulted a doctor and he suggested me to use RICE for the first week and thereafter massage my ankle with warm water. There was considerable recovery in the first week but thereafter there is still some swelling left. Could you please tell me what should I do in order to speed up my recovery process. Also can I resume ormal walking from now on.
