General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It sounds like you might have sunburn or a reaction to something you encountered while on vacation. To relieve swelling, rest and elevate your affected body parts. Over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen may also help. To soothe the skin, you can apply aloe vera or a cool compress. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it's best to see a doctor to determine the cause and receive proper treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
