General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It can be because of low hemoglobin. Remember that the ideal level is 13. Also it could be because of some brain issue which can range from migraine to tumor so please get a MRI scan of brain. Also it can be because of heart issue if you have chest pain or palpitation or breathlessness.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ankit
