Your symptoms of pain in abdomen with feeling heat and nausea although there is no actual vomiting with normal stools is suggestive of a condition called gastritis.
I would advise you the following:
- Take a PPI like Omeprazole.
- Take antacids every three hours.
- Domperidone for nausea.
- Avoid hot and spicy things to eat and drink.
- Take rest.
- Take cold milk and ice creams.
I hope this will help. If not, consult your doctor and get an appointment for an upper GI Endoscopy, this is if the medications fail to give you complete relief.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
