hello, i have issues with feeling sick, stomach pain after i eat something ,then cramps , and bloating alot, then diarrhea every day , all day , constipation at least once a month after i usually eat regular food like everyone else. thats why i dont eat alot of junk food, i usually eat chickenbreast, salads, stuff like that. with a protien drink every morning, lots of water about 3 -16 oz, 4-6 cups off coffee, very little creamer, i exercise 4 times week. sometimes i get dizzy spells once aweek. i am 40 yrs , 5 3 , 124 pounds, can u please help me , or any idea?
